Terms and Conditions for Reiki Man Website Development and Annual Hosting

1. Overview
   The Reiki Man Website Development and Annual Hosting Service (“Service”) provides clients with website hosting, maintenance, and up to 12 hours of website development or graphic design services per subscription period. By subscribing to this Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Fee
   The annual subscription fee is $1,500 (“Subscription Fee”), payable in full before any work commences.
3. Included Services
   The Subscription Fee includes:

• Website hosting for one year.
  
  
• Regular website maintenance, including updates and minor troubleshooting.
  
  
• 12 hours of website development or graphic design services, to be used at the client’s discretion during the subscription period.
  
  

4. Additional Services and Fees

• Any work exceeding the included 12 hours will incur additional charges.
  
  
• Additional hours are billed at $150 per hour.
  
  
• Clients may purchase an additional 12-hour block for $1,500, an 8-hour block for $1000, or a 4-hour block for $600.
  
  
• All payments for additional hours or blocks must be made in advance before work begins.
  
  

5. Payment Terms

• The Subscription Fee must be paid in full prior to the start of the subscription period.
  
  
• Payments for additional services must be made before work on those services begins.
  
  
• Payment can be made via the methods specified on Reiki Man’s website or invoice.
  
  

6. Refund Policy

• The Subscription Fee is non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued for unused hours at the end of the subscription period.
  
  

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary content, materials, and access required for development or design services in a timely manner.
  
  
• Clients are responsible for clearly communicating their requirements to ensure efficient use of the allotted hours.
  
  
• Email or file transfer must be used for providing materials and content to ensure accuracy and maintain records.
  
  
• While Reiki Man is managing a client’s domain, the client shall not outsource any work related to their domain address without prior approval. If a client does outsource such work, they shall immediately forfeit all web assets, including the domain name if purchased by Reiki Man, and their services will be terminated immediately.
  
  
• If Reiki Man has purchased a domain address for a client and the client chooses to either end or break their contract and wishes to have ownership transferred to them, a price will be determined at that time.
  
  

8. Service Period

• The subscription is valid for one year from the date of payment.
  
  
• Unused hours do not roll over to the next subscription period and will be forfeited.
  
  
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled by contacting Reiki Man at reiki.man.healing@gmail.com.
  
  

9. Limitations and Liabilities

• Reiki Man is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials or approvals.
  
  
• Reiki Man is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from website downtime, data loss, or issues arising from third-party providers.
  
  

10. Termination

• Reiki Man reserves the right to terminate the subscription at any time if the client breaches these terms and conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
  
  

11. Modifications to Terms

• Reiki Man reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
  
  

12. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reiki Man operates.

By purchasing the Reiki Man Website Development and Annual Hosting Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
